Women Of Righteous Distinction
The heart of W.O.R.D. is first established with Jesus Christ, the Anointed One. We desire that His life, His power, His personality and His plan are unmistakably revealed through our lives as wives mothers, friends, sisters, workers in order for each to become women of God.
The W.O.R.D. is composed of the adult female members of the church 18 years and older from all various realms of life.
The mission of this women’s group is as follow.
- To study the Word of God that we may grow more in the image and likeness of God.
- To provide an atmosphere for women where they are free to talk and share without fear of being judged.
- Be able to provide assistance to all women in the church as led by the Holy Spirit.
- Help women both young and old to gain everlasting victory over sin, and various problems by using the Word of God, the Name of Jesus and prayer.
- By calling or visiting women who have not been in church lately.
- Pray with women and intercede for women who desire salvation, healing and deliverance.
- Provide spiritual training to other women within the church.
- Help with special functions within the church.
- Help tear down strongholds in the Body of Christ through group intercessory prayer.
- Help women to seek through prayer and develop their hidden talents and callings.
- Partner with other women’s group from other churches of the same doctrine, regardless of color or race, which encourages personal relationships and spiritual growth.
We invite you to become a part of Spirit of Victory Church’s Women of Righteous Distinction which meets every 2nd Saturday
of the month from 11AM-1:00 PM Est via teleconference or in person.
