The heart of WORD is first established with Jesus Christ, the Anointed One. We desire that His life, His power, His personality, and His plan are unmistakably revealed through our lives as wives, mothers, friends, sisters and workers to become women of God.

WORD is composed of female church members, 18 years and older from various realms of life.

The mission of this women’s group is as follows.

• Study the Word of God that we may grow more in the image and likeness of God.
• Provide an atmosphere for women where they are free to talk and share without fear of being judged.
• Provide assistance to all women in the church, as led by the Holy Spirit.
• Help women gain everlasting victory over sin and various problems by using the Word of God, the Name of Jesus, and prayer.
• Check on women (by calling or visiting) whose church attendance has declined or stopped.
• Pray with and for women who desire salvation, healing and deliverance.
• Provide spiritual training to women within the church.
• Help with special functions within the church.
• Help tear down strongholds in the Body of Christ through group intercessory prayer.
• Help women use prayer to discover and develop their hidden talents and callings.
• Partner with women’s groups from other doctrinally similar Churches, regardless of race or ethnicity.
