The call to salvation is the voice that calls out to the world. His voice of love and forgiveness is the voice that cries across the world. The Father in Heaven is speaking today and everyday Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28.) There are so many who need rest. The kind of rest only the Father in Heaven can give unto them. Therefore, I dedicate this His Voice blog to giving a message of salvation to any person who made need to know how much God really does love them, and may you spread it to those around you.
Are you really aware of how much God really loves you? In spite of all your failures and problems, God really does love you. There is nothing in all the world that can ever change God’s love toward you (Rom 8:38, 39). The Bible says that God is love. God cannot reveal anything other than Love for mankind. God loved you so very much that the Bible says in John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, (Jesus) so that everyone who believes in him will not perish, but have eternal life.” From the Beginning of the world, God wanted you to experience a life filled with his love, joy and peace Jesus said, in John 10:10, “I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” Isn’t this the desire of your heart: a life of abundance in every area? You might ask if Jesus came to give me an abundant life, then why don’t I have it? The problem is sin; sin separates us from God. The Bible says in Romans 3:23, “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” God has given every person on earth a free will. Many times, people try to find peace through alcohol, people, drugs, sex or other religions, all of which are futile attempts to find peace. Proverbs 14:2 says “There is a path before each person that seems right, but it ends in death.” There is only one way to God. Jesus said in John 14:6, “I am the way, the truth and the life. No man can come to the Father except through me. “Jesus is the only way to heaven. There is none other (1 Tim 2:5). Jesus Christ came and died on a cross so that you could have eternal life with him in Heaven and enjoy a life of peace, joy and abundance here on earth. Are you tired of doing things your own way instead of God’s way, only to fail over and over again? Do you desire a life filled with peace and joy, a life that will take you upward instead of down into the dumps? Do you want to know the love of a Father God who is really concerned about you personally? Do you want to know for sure that you are going to heaven when you die? Roman 10:9, 10 says, “For if YOU confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God has raised Jesus from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved.”
If you answered yes to any of the questions above, please pray this prayer right now out loud.
Dear Heavenly Father, I confess that I am a sinner. I repent for going my own way. I believe that Jesus Christ is Lord and He died on the cross for my sins, and God raised him from the dead. Jesus, come into my heart and be my Lord and Savior in Jesus Name I pray. Amen. You are now saved, a Christian. You are on your way to Heaven. You are a child of God. God has forgiven all your sins both past and present. Start your new life with God by attending church regularly. Fellowshipping with other believers will help you grow spiritually as well as surround you with people who will encourage you and help you grow. Read your Bible every day.
Start with the book of Matthew taking notes on what you read will also help you learn. Pray to God every day, and ask him to help you understand the Bible. Go to him with any concerns you have. He is willing to help you solve any problems in life. Remember, HE LOVES YOU! Ask God to fill you with his Holy Spirit. Jesus promised to send the Holy Spirit to guide you into all truth John 16:13. And that is exactly what he has done (Acts 2:1-4). The Holy Spirit has been sent to help you in life, to lead you into a better life, the kind that God desires for you.
God Bless you may you continue to hear his voice.
